From live vehicle monitoring to rapid-response mechanical repairs, our crew ensures your car is safe, fast, and reliable all weekend.
We travel fully prepared with a robust inventory of common parts to handle unexpected hiccups, and we always have cold beverages and snacks ready for you after a hard stint.
Please note: Support fees cover our crew’s trackside labor; any consumed fuel, tires, or parts will be charged separately.
The Pre-Race Protocol
A podium finish requires perfection before the tires ever touch the tarmac. Our pre-event prep includes a comprehensive evaluation of your suspension, brakes, and engine, paired with a high-precision four-wheel laser alignment and a full aesthetic detail. Pricing is tailored to your car’s model and event type.
To ensure a seamless weekend, we highly recommend completing your prep with us. Bringing a car to the track that hasn’t been vetted by our shop can lead to unexpected mechanical issues and additional trackside repair fees. Let’s get it right the first time.
White Glove Transport
Arrive at the track with your vehicle already resting safely in the paddock. Pocono Sportscar manages complete round-trip transport for your car utilizing our dedicated single and double car trailers. Rates are tailored to the distance and situation, keeping things fair, flexible, and competitive.
If our trailers are fully deployed on a major race weekend, your peace of mind remains our priority. We exclusively bridge the gap using vetted, premium transportation companies that specialize in exotic and high performance machinery.

Deploying Your Crew
Having a dedicated team waiting for you in the paddock means getting our crew safely to the circuit. To cover transit and accommodation, a variable travel fee is applied based on the event’s location, seasonal rates, and the number of specialists needed to support your car.
We handle these logistics on an event-by-event basis, ensuring clear and transparent communication with you before any bookings are made.
Advanced Data Acquisition
Knowledge is speed. Pocono Sportscar captures and interprets your track data to optimize both your machine and your driving. We work flawlessly with leading systems, including Magneti Marelli, Traqmate, and AiM.
Between sessions, our race engineer reviews the analytics with you to help you refine your lines and find hidden speed. We also maintain a rigorous log of tire data, vehicle setups, and track weather conditions. All of your metrics are securely saved and uploaded to the cloud, allowing you to review your progress at any time.
Parts & Consumables
Managing a successful track weekend involves keeping a close eye on wear and tear. Any hardware or parts installed at the circuit such as fresh tires, brake pads, or rotors are calculated outside of the standard support fee.
For trackside fuel, we want to help you get the best value possible. If our crew purchases fuel on your behalf, a 10% processing fee is added to the cost. To keep things cost-effective, we suggest using your own credit or debit card directly at the track fuel pumps whenever possible.
